Mentoring applicants for the prestigious MCC accreditation with the ICF

I've been mentoring applicants for the ICF's prestigious MCC level accreditation for several years now, since gaining my own MCC, and continue to find it massively rewarding, and a superb challenge to my own coaching, keeping me regularly focused on what makes a great coach, and aligns with the ICF competencies.  A number of successful applicants now have their MCC after our work together and I'm proud to be supporting excellence in coaching in this way.

Plus, it's a lovely addition to my day job which is still 95%+ with commercial clients - great to connect across my profession as well.
