At the heart of what we do is the individual. Businesses thrive or fail on the performance of individuals. One to One Coaching provides a personalised, confidential, highly focused development opportunity for leaders and key talent.

One to One Coaching enables key people to understand and build on those things at which they excel. It highlights their blind spots, the impact they have on those around them and why they think and behave as they do.

It is common to break through challenges that have frustrated or held people back in their careers for years, and our clients frequently report that they are using the insights from One to One Coaching many years after they worked with us.

The result? Grounded, self-aware leaders, who inspire others and who exhibit the rare wisdom that comes from knowing how to lead with authenticity.

Purpose and results

The purpose of One to One Coaching is to enable the individual to contribute to their full potential and in a way that is authentic to them.

The specific results will vary from person to person depending on the goals identified - typical results include:

  • leaders gain promotions faster, rising further through the organisation than originally expected.
  • managers grasp the difference between managing and leading in a fraction of the time, meaning they lead much sooner and build lasting leadership muscle as their coaching progresses.

How it works

The structure of One to One Coaching varies. It can be delivered face to face, by telephone, or through a combination of both. Commonly, leaders value very highly the opportunity to create a space in their busy lives, whether a metaphorical space where we work across geographies by phone, or by meeting face to face and away from the office where this is possible.

The number and frequency of sessions is tailored to the work to be done, and the preference of the individual. Four to six face to face sessions of around two hours each over a period of six to nine months is common, but no two relationships follow the same pattern. The service is always tailored to serve you and your goals.
